All of our pieces are crafted from stainless steel with a premium gold-tone and silver-tone finish.

Our total delivery time is broken down into two parts:

• Processing Time (2–4 business days): This includes order verification, product personalization, quality control, and packaging.
• Transit Time (6–12 business days): Orders typically arrive within 6 to 8 business days, but may take up to 12 depending on your location.Exceptions: Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii take 10–15 days due to remoteness.

You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has shipped.

We are confident you will love your Asteria jewellery. However if something isn't quite conform to your satisfaction, we're here to help.

• 30-Day Returns: You can easily return or exchange your order for a refund or a different item within 30 days of delivery.
• Non-Returnable Items: Please understand that personalized jewelry and earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
• Defective Items: If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact our friendly customer service team, and we will assist you as soon as possible.
