Our total delivery time is broken down into two parts:

• Transit Time (6–12 business days): Orders typically arrive within 6 to 8 business days, but may take up to 12 depending on your location.Exceptions: Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii take 10–15 days due to remoteness.

You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has shipped.

• Non-Returnable Items: Please understand that, limited time offers, personalized jewelry and earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
